NOVELUTION? PA89N 表面活性剂*特的化学结构使其具有**低临界表面张力。它不含 APEO，是一种用于乳液聚合的高效阴离子乳化剂。在水性介质中，这种结构能对亲油物质起到增溶作用。半支链疏水基团与亲油物质之间具有良好的相互作用，酸根离子使其在水溶液中具有良好的溶解性。
NOVELUTION? PA89N 高固体份阴离子乳化剂能够广泛应用于纯丙体系、丙体系、聚体系、VAE 等水性乳液的聚合反应。
NOVELUTION? PA89N 能为您的配方带来诸多附加价值。在乳液聚合领域，其主要性能包括：
?	用量少于传统阴离子乳化剂，某些配方中可降至标准阴离子乳化剂用量的一半
?	减少聚合反应时间、出色的乳液成品稳定性；
?	不含 APEO 
?	低泡阴离子表面活性剂，泡沫少于其他阴离子产品
?	可降低乳液粘度，某些配方中可降至原体系的 50%；
?	较低的倾点(≤ -25°C) 
?	固含量高达 85%，常温条件下呈液态
?	具有良好的钙离子稳定性，耐硬水；
?	在水相和油相中均具有良好的溶解性
即使在高浓度电解质条件下，也可以使体系具有很低的表面张力。 
APEO-free NOVELUTION? PA89N surfactant exhibits a unique extended surfactant structure allowing improved solubilization of liphophilic materials in an aqueous medium by extending the interface. It is used as a highly effective anionic emulsifier for emulsion polymerization. The monobranched alkyl hydrophobe allows for greater interaction with the hydrophobic phase 
 





while maintaining good solubility. 
NOVELUTION? PA89N can be used in a wide variety of Emulsion Polymerization such as all-acrylate, styrene-acrylate, vinyl acetate, VAE, etc. 
NOVELUTION? PA89N brings high value to the formulations. 
The main properties in emulsion polymerization are: 
?	Lower dosage than traditional surfactants even half concentration in comparison to standard surfactants; 
?	Decrease time of reaction, low foaming properties, high stability of final latex dispersion; 
?	APEO-free; 
?	Anionic low foaming surfactant; lower than other anionic; 
?	Latex emulsion viscosity low even with 50% inner phase ; 
?	Liquid at room temperature in spite of high a.m. 
?	Very low pour point (≤ -25°C); 
?	High solubility(up to ~85%) in water; 
?	Ca2+ and Mg2+ tolerance, hence active in tap water; 
?	Soluble in both water and oily media 
?	Very low interface tension (IFT) likewise nonionic surfactants, even at high concentration of salts 

应用领域 ∕ Application 
阴离子型乳化剂，适用于、-酸和的水性乳液体系。基于单体用量为0.5～3%。可直接加入作为单体预乳化的主乳化剂，也可在反应釜加入作垫底乳化剂，并可以与非离子助乳化剂共同使用于乳液体系中。 
Anionic emulsifier, suitable for acrylate homo and copolymers, vinyl acetate-acrylate copolymers, and styrene-acrylate copolymers. Generally, the amount calculated on the monomers ranges from 0.5 to 3 %. It can be not only directly added as the main emulsifier for pre-emulsion monomer, but also added in the reactor as base emulsifier. It can be incorporated in emulsion formulation with non-ionic coemulsifier.

包装：110kg或160kg塑料桶、回收桶或散装。 
Packaging: 110kg or 160kg plastic drum or reuse drum, or bulk. 

贮存 ∕ Storage and handling 
本品应密闭贮存于阴凉、通风、干燥处，避免日晒雨淋。贮存温度不应**40C。若产品存放温度过低，则可能出现浑浊、分层甚至凝固等现象。在使用物料前，必须完全混匀桶内或容器内的物料。在上述贮存条件下，自生产日期起，该产品的保质期为2年。 
The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated area in tightly closed containers below 40℃, protected from light and moisture. If the product is stored at a low temperature it may turn cloudy, solidify or form layers. It is therefore advisable to heat and thoroughly mix the contents of drums or containers before using in order to obtain a homogeneous product. In above storage situations, the shelf life of this product is 2 years from the production date.
